I can train everyone who walks in the door for two years and my aunt and uncle can spend 10 years breaking their backs for PSM/CVS and what do we get? Threats, rigged drug tests, and broken promises... The bosses 21 year old son and 22 year old friend with 6 months of experience?? Well, they became managers. Imagine that.
