A+! Always very helpful, courteous, and friendly. They do whatever is necessary to fix the problem and get your computer back to you ASAP. Very very fair prices too. All our computers go there when we have an issue and their knowledgeable techs explain what's going on and how they're fixing it in plain English without being condescending. And unlike the big box stores I never have to worry about whether or not the person at the counter is going to have even touched my computer, much less really know what's going on with it. They communicate well. Very very pleased.
This store says they are certified to work on Mac Computers. However this is not really true. Because they will not work on warranty problems they are not allowed to have all the needed equipment to service Macs. I spent $50. and they had my computer for a week. They did not fix it, and wanted to do $150. more work and keep it another week. The Mac store in Springfield had the problem diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Worth the drive!
My USB drive with all my work projects became corrupted and Eagle Tech had my data saved and accessible on a new device by end of day. They really saved my bacon!
